How Dupejoy makes money

Dupejoy is free, and it always will be. We make money the honest way: when you buy a fragrance or a dupe through one of our links, we may earn a small commission. It never costs you a cent extra, and it never changes what we recommend.

What that means in practice

We're an Amazon Associate, and we work with fragrance and dupe-brand affiliate programs. When you click "Shop the dupe" or "Shop the original," that link may carry a referral tag. If you buy, the retailer pays us a percentage of the sale — the same price you'd pay anyway.

We match fragrances on their notes, not on who pays the most. No brand can buy a better match, a higher spot, or a place in your Scent Profile. The dupe we show you is the one that actually shares the notes — that's the whole product, and quietly rigging it would break it.

What we don't do
